Postman is a software development tool. It enables people to test calls to APIs. Postman users enter data. The data is sent to a special web server address. Typically, information is returned, which Postman presents to the user.
Support is provided for Postman by the company. Limited support of Postman for use with Canvas is provided by the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.

How do I install the Postman API client?Before you begin
To use Postman, it is recommended that users eiher create a Postman account, or use a Google Account. While you can use Postman without an account, having an account is recommended as any data you configure will be automatically saved in-case of computer failure. Libraries created with Postman may also be shared with small teams when all users have an account.
